Our Mission

RT Book Reviews is your source for finding books and authors. We pride ourselves in offering helpful, friendly, fair, open, and honest advice on what to read.

Our mission is to support readers, offer unbiased book advice,  amplify marginalized voices, support authors, and offer an inclusive and welcoming reading community to all. We love books and care deeply about people having easier access to the wonder of reading.

What We Do

Our team consists of librarians, authors, book fans, teachers, and writers of all backgrounds. Our content covers a wide range of book topics and genres with a focus on being helpful, fun, and approachable.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who love books as much as they love writing about them. We welcome contributors from all over the world and are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive team. We encourage applications from people of color, women and other marginalized genders, individuals with disabilities, and Indigenous people.
